Headliner made in the USA to fit the BMW 318ic Cabriolet, 320ic Cabriolet, 328ic Cabriolet, M3 Cabriolet. Reuse the rear quarter retainers. Headliner has 2 tubes and the front is attached with a pocket sleeve. Power lock only. Fits model years 1997, 1998, 1999. Factory original material is Twill.
THIS IS A REPLACEMENT HEADLINER FOR VEHICLES WITH A TWO (2) PLASTIC BOW DESIGN THAT HAVE A FRONT POCKET SLEEVE AND ELECTRIC POWER LATCHING CONVERTIBLE TOP.

EARLY 1997 328i: Charcoal Headliner - Manual Lock - with a 3/4 pinch welt and plastic pieces on front sides. This headliner has 3 plastic bows and plastic pieces on both sides of the front section of the headliner. This is a rare version for the early 1997 328i without the pocketed sleeve. (PN 149-04-6503R-01)
1997 TO 1999 MODELS: Charcoal Headliner - Power Lock - with a pocket sleeve in the front. This version has 2 plastic bows, electric latch and a pocket sleeve at the front for the 323i, 328i and M3. This is the most common version. (PN 149-04-65040-01)
